Hotel was wonderful. It was very clean and smelled amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Louvre and the metro which made it very easy to get around. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back again soon.

Great location and is only a 5 minute walk to Le Louvre. Most taxis won't actually go up this street so be prepared to drag your cases a short walk. We were upgraded to a family room which had two double beds in separate rooms which was great as I went with my adult daughter. The rooms were beautifully fitted out but lacked a small fridge where we could've kept our water and food purchases. There's no restaurant at this address but bearing in mind how many there were just a stone's throw away, we wouldn't have used it. Great breakfast every morning which was included in our price. Breakfast was never busy. Customer service is excellent with a wonderful greeting by all staff. Absolutely loved it here and would highly recommend it.

Second time staying here and very satisfied both times. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps off Rue de Rivoli, 2 minutes from Jardin des Tuileries, 5 minutes from La Louvre, and the fancy shopping starts just around the corner. We had a delightful room with a balcony and even a separate level for the bedroom area. Staff was super nice. We arrived in the morning and dropped off our bags. When we returned mid-afternoon, they had placed them in our room. We did not have the on-site breakfast this time, but I remember it as a nice set-up the first time we stayed here. All in all, a nice experience for a good price, with good service, and an unbeatable location.

The staff was always available to help with any needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Kind and caring. The rooms were great. Breakfast daily was nice to get us started. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Paris and looking for a great location, wonderful experience, and comfortable place.

The location of this hotel is excellent, super convenient and close to everything I needed. But what really made my stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single one of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. I truly wish I could remember all their names because each person I interacted with went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The only downside was that the room was a bit small but that’s quite common in Paris, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Thank you again to the entire team!
