4 Rue des Petits Champs, 75002 Paris, France
One of the oldest covered passages in Paris. It’s like walking thru history. Beautiful structure with the most charming shops. The floors have stunning mosaic work & tiling. It was so breathtaking in the morning with the light flooding in. Very peaceful.
Walked in without a reservation. We were greeted immediately and shown to a table. Very nice cozy setting. My dry sausage was tasty as well as my partner’s onion soup. We both had steak and fries which was okay. Prices are moderate and the food reflects that. Not the best quality but food that will satisfy you.
A cute and beautiful hidden gem in Paris, definitely worth to visit. With small shops and coffee shops, Galerie Vivienne has the parisian charm that you won't find in the touristy places.
Well architecturally beautiful but there were almost very few shops operating. Most of the shop spaces are vacant there. But i would recommend to have a walk through and click pictures as it has a beautiful interior. Takes just 10-15 mins for the entire walk with picture clicking .
Galerie Vivienne is just the beginning of an absolutely beautiful and remarkable historic covered thoroughfare of eclectic shops, hidden hotels, small museums and numerous bistros remarkably preserved. This could almost be a full day's walk as you head north to DES PANORAMAS, JOUFFROY and VERDEAU.
