I wish I could give them more stars! The service in this hotel was phenomenal. Their attention to detail was commendable. The restaurant food was excellent! The front desk staff: Frank zhang,Vincent, White, Mia, and many more I can't name! They helped with the littlest things to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Told us the best places to shop and eat around the hotel, etc! The location of the hotel makes it within walking distance to groceries, shopping malls, and temples! It is also smackbang in front of beijing main station!This is already my second stay with them! Will stay there again for sure!

Located centrally, just outside Beijing Railway station and just about 200 meters from Line 2 of the metro ( subway line) which is barely 5 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and well laid out. The front office is very pleasant and efficient with a very elaborate lobby. They have a quaint Restaurent on the atrium on level 5 which serves very good breakfast which combines both western and Asian menu.The Chinese restaurant on the third floor is also good The service is good, esp the housekeeping team. The hotel is accessible to all attractions using metro line 2 and basic shopping and eating places are nearby

One of the best hotel we stayed during our trip to China. Excellent customer service both front and room service. English speaking staffs both front and restaurant. Spacious room, modern interior and clean. Location is exactly in front of train and metro stations which make it easy to travel around. Bus stop also 10 minutes away, although many tourist spots are within walking distance. Lots of food (both restaurants and local shops) around the hotel, plus lots of convenient stores for supplies.

Considernig the hotel price and what they offer- a big plus. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options! The staff was friendly and they was speaking English. The room isolation to be inproved. Overall a good experience.

It is a large hotel, but it ticks the key boxes: the rooms are pitch black, comfortable and clean, good shower and space, and the most impressive, it is design in such a way that I cannot hear my neighbours; like doors slamming. Definitely recommended.
