My boyfriend and I stayed here the other night for 1 night getaway to celebrate my birthday. The hotel itself was lovely as were all the staff and we overall enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff/ladies were friendly and did everything they could to help and accommodate us upon both check in and check out. The rooftop pool and bar were really good as is the views! Amazing!! It’s a great hotel and prime location! Enjoyed it and would recommend! The only downside to out time here was that we had on 2 separate occasions, 2 stained towels (both a pool side towel and a bath towel) that on first use of a fresh towel had some stains. And was a bit disappointing that there was no free/complimentary bottles of water on offer in the room. It meant that we ended up walking to a nearby convenience store and spending more money than we wanted to on some bottles of water. And the fact that, even though my boyfriend upon booking had specified in the notes that it was for a birthday celebration.. Nothing was done or said to add anything else special or different to the booking as a way to say happy birthday. Just some feedback for future improvements.

The staff are so so nice. The beds really comfy, mini bar snacks good. Parking was easy and the location is great. Gym was fine, a treadmill upgrade would be a game changer for rainy Brisbane days as it’s quite hard to set the pace on this old model. I will be back ?

Stayed at Hotel X Brisbane and was very impressed. The rooms are modern, stylish and full of clever, well-thought-out touches – from funky design features to high-quality amenities that made the stay really comfortable. But the real standout was the service. The front desk staff were polite, friendly and extremely accommodating throughout my stay. As an IHG One member, I was offered a late check-out, which made all the difference ahead of a long-haul evening flight – a much-appreciated chance to freshen up and relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cool, comfortable and guest-focused stay in Brisbane.

Had such a great experience here on the weekend. Was greeted by such lovely staff, along with a very clean, spacious room. They gave us a early check in to our room, which was the cherry on top. The pool/rooftop is beautiful, and the bar served delicious cocktails. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brisbane and after a stunning hotel!!
