I love the hotel service. I enjoy staying here. I have few nights here. Everyday the room is being cleaned . The receptionists are so polite and kind and guide the guests with their hearts. Also have laundromat ,and microwave to heat our food , which to lets us to not worry. This hotel also near to Aeon mall . They also provide us the bath necessities . Overall the facilities are very good and that all we need. ?? We lovee youu m est Kyoto Hotel. And so sad to end the stay here.

Room was good, clean and cosy. Nice staff. A Little smaller than previous hotels. Only frustrating thing was the fan in the bathroom was so weak it didn't really ventilate unless left on all day. Train station really close to hotel. Shop attached.

Very nice rooms which are kept clean throughout the time we stayed at the hotel. The stuff was very nice and helpfull - we could leave our luggage and walk around Kioto after checkout. Check in and out were easy and quick. Great location.

For our 1st stay in Kyoto, Hotel M's Est Kyoto Station South was perfect. Staff were warm & so kind &'helpful, it is a very short stroll to Kyoto Station & even closet to Kujo Stn. Many restaurants & convenience stores within 5 minutes. Very comfortable room & helpful amenities included. It was a very happy home-from-home ... we will stay again if lucky enough to return to Japan! Thank you Hotel M ?
