Nice and spacious room, bathroom with shower and bath. All very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful, felt welcoming even when you don't speak Japanese well. My dress got ripped and they loaned me a sewing kit. FamilyMarket and Don Quijote around the corner are open 24/7 and the area felt safe. Juso station is a short walk away (but if you want to see South Osaka you need to switch train providers and buy different tickets at multiple stations). Staff will go above and beyond to help you with your journey.

Room was clean, and spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. Location is a short 5 minute walk away from Juso station, and there are bus stations nearby that take you to Osaka station in 10 minutes.

Front desk staff, Miyuki is very helpful. [R809] (+): 24m" twin bedroom, split bathtub-shower-toilet room with ¥6500/n. 500m to juso st. Quiet. 2pillows/bed. Window can be opened. Silent good heater aircon. (-): Very noisy mini Ref but cold. No ice machine & water dispenser

I really like Juso.. Though maybe Lantana surrounded by love hotels, but the neighborhood and the streetwalk is very clean and safe at nights.. So close to the family mart, seven eleven, don quijote, juso station (with lots of diner place, food stall, kfc at the east gate.. If you stay in lantana that means you'll be entering the juso station from the west gate, and you can cross to east gate by walking through the pedestrian tunnel).. And maybe if you go with children, at night don't go to the adults area called sakaemachi street.. But beside sakaemachi street there is "friendly street" also offering lots of foods.. If you plan with tight budget, lantana hotel and juso will be the perfect place.

My only issue with the room is they didnt have Youtube on the tv. Its very insignificant but I like youtube and it would’ve been cool to have it up on the tv. Staff was very nice and helpful. I love the location. Wifi was pretty slow as well.
