We loved our stay at Tokyo East Side Hotel Kaie. Check in was very easy and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The laundry service was good too, just follow all the instructions and not load too much in the machine, should work out great for you! The beds were comfy, even though we had two single beds for my husband and myself, we still enjoyed. Directly across from Shiomi station but it’s very quiet in the rooms and you cannot hear a thing. The lady at the front desk helped us greatly with luggage transfer service that ended up saving us the hassle of bringing our luggage with us to Osaka so we took a pit stop to see Mount Fuji! We love staying at this hotel and will be back, Tokyo Bay is the most beautiful spot in Tokyo for us and we love to call it home every time we are in Japan. Thank you for taking good care of us, see you again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, beautiful, and the food was delicious. We especially appreciated the staff during breakfast — everyone was so kind and welcoming, which made our mornings very pleasant. The only thing we would have liked is for the windows to open, as it felt a bit stuffy at times. We don’t use air conditioning for health reasons, so fresh air is important for us. Everything else was excellent! Thank you!

Great modern hotel in close proximity to Tokyo Disney and right next to a Metro line. Hotel aesthetic is appealing and staff was friendly. Lobby restaurant and cafe is convenient as well as the restaurant on the second floor which is open for breakfast/lunch/dinner and has an nice open air bamboo garden with outdoor seating. Hotel also offers a karaoke lounge which we enjoyed. Unfortunately the upscale restaurant on the top floor was closed for a private event so we could not try it out. Overall, the rooms are nice and the beds were comfy. Great location and price for a Tokyo area hotel away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend and stay again.

Room is big compared to many hotels in Tokyo that I have stayed. Only a short walk to Shiomi station, which is the fourth stop from Tokyo station. Ample eateries around and no lack of convenient stores with one just at the lobby.

Super nice and convenient! Made our first time in Tokyo feel like we were only leaving our home every time we went out to explore the city! Also provided us with umbrellas on rainy days. 100% recommend it to whoever is looking for a safe, clean and beautiful space to spend their nights, away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo’s main cities.
