Great location with numerous very good cafe and restaurant. I wish the hotel would do something about the smoke at the entrance though. The smoking area is right next to the door so each time you enter/exit the hotel you get a draft of smoke which is the last thing I want when entering good hotels. I was there during winter so the humidify in the room was pretty low and the humidifier did not really help. Other than that the room is a good size for japanese standards, overall I enjoyed my stay. A coin laundromat is nearby, about 1-2 minutes walk.

Excellent, room clean and comfy. We were staying in basic twin bed room. Pretty good size in Japan hotel. Location is great, next to Aeon and McDonald's. Also cross the stress have Family Mart, 24hrs Sukiya, Torikizoku and Sukiyaki place. The metro station is Yotsubashi exit just next to Aeon between McDonald's. Also there have elevator. Easy to go to airport and other places. It is not too far away to USJ, took a taxi in morning cost 3500 yen. Definitely will back to stay in this hotel again!!!

The hotel was quiet, clean, and very accessible—just a short walk to the train station and nearby stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. Amenities were good and added to the overall comfort. Highly recommended for a convenient and relaxing stay!

we stayed 5 nights here while visiting Osaka and surrounding areas... excellent place to stay, close to train station, shops and restaurants. Great rooms, very clean, simple, also couldnt fault the staff service, they were very helpful with organising things such as bag transfer to Tokyo. Thankyou, satisfied ?

Typical Japanese room. A bit on the small side but once we got organized, it was not a problem. The staff were helpful and many spoke English well enough to be helpful. The hotel was 30 meters from a subway station and about a 15 minute walk to some really good shopping areas.
