Great place to stay when you’re in Melbourne! We stayed overnight as we had a work function to attend, and everything about our experience was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch — the staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating - even a cookie on arrival whilst waiting to check in! The atmosphere throughout the hotel is stylish and welcoming, and the attention to detail really stands out. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you’d expect from a five-star hotel. Location is also a big plus — right in the heart of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays. We’ll definitely be back!

Whether it was relaxing in the lounge, enjoying the breakfast spread, or unwinding in the spa, every part of our stay was top-tier. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Melbourne!

Lovely staff and an incredibly beautiful hotel. The food on offer was incredible. Unfortunately, the walls of the room are thin to say the least, it is a very noisy place. I could hear my room neighbour's conversations with ease. Running showers, bathtubs draining, doors opening and closing... bring your ear plugs.
