Fantastic little motel. Kelvin and his wife do a great job of making you feel at home. There is off-street parking with a gate that closes at 8pm and opens at 5am. After hours access is provided via a FOB. Our room was spotless, everything worked fine. The shower is sooooo nice. I highly recommend staying there when visiting Christchurch.

Keep in mind that this is a mixed review. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Kelvin was great and laundry facilities really good. No AC is an issue though when it’s warm. Very walkable to most things. Noisy as on a busy street but mostly quiet at night. Very small bathrooms but towel rack warned was a nice touch

Loved our quick stay. Parking was perfect and the staff at reception were just so lovely. Took the time to talk to us and have a nice chat plus recommended a few things for us to do as tourists.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, so my family can stay together. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was great, you can walk to the city center easily.
