My partner and I celebrated our birthdays at the Crystalbrook Hotel last August, and it was such a lovely experience. Even though we didn’t have any special birthday surprises, our stay was still very memorable. The room was cozy and clean, the pool was gorgeous, and the location was perfect—everything we needed for a relaxing break. We truly enjoyed our time and loved the overall atmosphere and service. It was a fantastic place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a wonderful escape!

We stayed two nights and the views from the room were stunning. Nice hotel in a great location at Howard Smith Wharfs with many bars and restaurant's to choose from. Short walk to New Farm cafe's or long relaxing river walks to South Bank, Star Casino and the city. Highly recommend for a city weekend getaway.

Loved our stay and will be back for sure. It's a great location and the rooms are a decent size. We stayed on a lower floor (nature view) and it was very peaceful and quiet. The pool area is lovely although I imagine a bit of a tight squeeze on a hot day. Loved the complimentary bikes. All in all a great experience.

Excellent location and beautiful view. The art and decorum of the hotel is not for everyone, and I found it sometimes to be too jarring or weird. No water bottles in the rooms: you have to get your own water in the hallway. And strangely the only electrical plug in the main lobby area is behind the plants and is not readily accessible to guests.
