I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel—wow! The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the view from the 40th floor is simply breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. The service was impeccable from start to finish, whether it was breakfast, concierge assistance, or getting a taxi. However, I especially want to recognize Kawasaki at the Cerulean Lounge—she is truly outstanding. Her kindness, attentiveness, and unwavering smile is unforgettable. No request was ever too much for her, and she went above and beyond to make me and my friends feel welcome. If I ever visit Tokyo again, this will undoubtedly be my hotel of choice. Thank you for an incredible experience!

We loved how luxurious the hotel felt during our stay. We were given a room on the executive suite floor so our view of Shibuya was amazing and probably as good as going to Shibuya Sky. The turn down service is amazing but having housekeeping come in the morning and afternoon can interrupt your stay if you’re not planning to leave the room during the day. The staff are friendly and fluent in English and the pool, sauna and massage chairs are a must to use! It was hard learning to get there from Shibuya Station because you have to cross a major road but once you learn the walkways it’s convenient. The only con is the room feels cramped if you have multiple luggage.

This was a great hotel, the staff was super friendly and helpful… rooms were top knotch, we stayed on the executive floor 32 floor. The location was good though not super walkable… close to Shibuya station which connects you to anywhere but it’s crazy busy with commuters. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend it!

We were here for a short stay so we needed to be efficient and effective with our time. Yamara, the Concierge, was very, very helpful and accommodating! We enjoyed everything, the 40th floor restaurant and bar with a fabulous view and excellent service! Rooms & beds were very comfortable and well appointed. Thanks for a memorable visit!

Excellent location, just a short walk from Shibuya Crossing, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, it’s sufficient to start the day. The receptionists are warm, welcoming, and speak very good English, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant.
