This hotel should be 5 stars! Easy and informative check in and reception staff were fantastic! Impressive rooms that are spacious, modern and have great comfortable beds & pillows, excellent & helpful staff where nothing was too much trouble and the attached restaurant - Hoi Polloi was sensational! We arrived late to the hotel the first night (close to closing time) but the Chef was only too happy to keep the kitchen open so we could have a meal. Staff in the restaurant and bar were exceptional! Staff should be commended! Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant and we will definitely be staying here again

Roomy room and bathroom. Modern looking decor. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the extra throw for the bed (or for sitting in the bucket swivel chair). Having good amount of counter space in the bathroom was a bonus. Handy walking distance to central business district and Riverside eateries. Quiet. Glutenfree cookie on check-in which was very efficient.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. They paid attention to my note about having just been discharged from hospital and were very attentive. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Beds fantastic! Dinner was absolutely divine.. we will be back. Thank you so much!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Carnmore. The location is fantastic, especially for a very short walk to concerts at the Town Hall. The rooms are always clean and well made. Breakfast vouchers and a small treat on arrival made for lovely touches. Food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious and service is always great.

Great experience! The reception was super friendly and check-in was smooth and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially I loved their spacious bathroom. There was plenty of space to place all my makeup and even a heater provided. It’s clear the hotel really care about their guest needs. I will definitely come back again.
