We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect—just 5 minutes to public transport, and only 15 minutes by train to the city center. The area was full of really good cafés and restaurants, and our clean room even had a fridge and sink, which was super practical. There was also a nice little terrace next to our room. The quiet street and super friendly staff made the stay even better!

I believe cheap and cheerful is the expression. I'm visiting the big smoke to play a poker tournament, so I just need a place nearby to rest my head. I found it on Booking.com. Due to the exceptionally low price, I kept my expectations very low. I was not disappointed, in fact I was quite pleasantly surprised! I was warmly greeted by Cathy at reception, who is the greatest asset to the establishment. I cannot sing her praises highly enough. After the first evening in a shared room, I was fortunate enough to be offered a free upgrade to a private room. I was very grateful of this. There is also laundry and kitchen facilities. There is a pleasant smoking terrace and BBQ area. Whilst there are a few basic and minor maintenance issues, which I'm sure will be addressed once the silly season is over, the place is clean and tidy and comfortable. It has suited my needs perfectly and would recommend it to anyone on a budget who needs a place to rest their head in the big smoke. Thanks again Cathy and crew.

Great location and price. Be prepared for simple, clean and tidy. The rooms don't have air con and it's a shared bathroom. We were fine with this so the accommodation was perfect budget accommodation to stay in Sydney, close to Stanmore Station, to get in and out of the city to celebrate my child's birthday.

Simple rooms, shared kitchen space and shared bathrooms. Quick walk from the enmore theatre which is what we were visiting for so it was a great location! Pretty easy to get to from the airport via cbd on the train! Would stay again!
