Had a catch up with friends for dinner. Value for money wasn’t great as the plates are on the small side, but the food was pretty good. The hummus was ok, chips and potatoes were awesome, cauliflower was nice, but the chicken shawarma was not the best. Very fatty, and cooked in a tonne of oil. Drinks were so so. The atmosphere is cozy and cute, but it’s so loud. We had to yell at eachother. The staff were really busy so pretty short with us, completely understandable though.
Enjoyed all the delicious Middle Eastern food here & loved that there are lots of small plates to share. The falafel & hummus were standouts. Everything had nice flavours & were not greasy. Service is friendly & very relaxed, can be slow when busy. Wine list is limited & not amazing but it is byo (which I didn't realise beforehand). Overall a lovely place for food and a buzzy atmosphere.
Absolutely love this place every time I go, we tried out the court yard this time and it was lovely! The upstairs bar area looks amazing and retro also. Food is always a 10/10, service does seem a bit rushed as they are overworked. The food was so good I forgot to keep taking photos. The kafta was the highlight
Loud casual warm and friendly place serving amazing modern innovative middle eastern food. Had fried brussel sprouts (amazing must try) fried cauliflower, chicken shwarma, fried cheese, Hummus and labna. All of it fantastic & allows BYO wine
