Excellent apartment, in a great location close to the University. I stayed here for work, and had had a very nice time. I had to modify my travel dates at short notice, and the management were very understanding and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Very clean, convenient and welcoming. Couldn't recommend it enough. The host was always available for any questions and was even happy to quickly post back my keys when I left them behind! The apartment is new inside, great kitchen and everything you would need.

Good accommodation in excellent location. It served us very well for 2 weeks as our toddler recovered from an operation and we had to stay in Perth. The apartment was small but nicely furnished and a reasonable rate. The host was kind and helpful. would stay again and recommend. The ac worked well and the onsite launderette was good too. Thanks!

I stayed at Broadway over the weekend while sitting exams at the hospital. The location was great, close to shops, cafes, buses and a nice wall to Kings Park, Matilda Bay. Perfect size for 2 people and my unit had a very nice decoration, a beautiful lounge /study area on the balcony. Very clean, spacious kitchen and nice shower. I would return and definitely recommend staying at Broadway.

The apartment unit was kept clean and we were very happy to have been able to stay nearby amenities i.e. eateries, convenient stores as well as the beautiful Swan River. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Definitely an accommodation worth recommending for!
