I read a few unhappy reviews about this hotel and I wasn't sure why some people could put reviews like that. 1- travel to Japan, someone expects to have disney plus or Netflix?! That's a real first world problem that person has there. If people do research before coming to Japan, there are bloggers who recommend to bring card games or board games for night entertainment with children. 2- the staff are super friendly here. They answered many questions and they helped us with our luggages transfer very efficiently. 3- room is small but that's typical Japanese hotel room. 4- breakfast is great especially you don't have to think where to go for breakfast the first thing in the morning. 5- location is superb! Extremely convenient. Few steps and there are couple family marts, 7 eleven... train station and many restaurants. Plus 10 mins walk to Senso-ji temple. 6- staff clean the room very nicely and refill water bottles for us. Highly recommend this place.

At first, I had a small issue with the room, but the staff didn’t hesitate to address it promptly. Staffs were very very nice and friendly. The room was clean, and the bathroom was decent. They have a coffee bar downstairs, along with a vending machine, washing machine, microwave, and an amenity bar. It’s conveniently located near a Family Mart, and breakfast was good. The hotel is just a short walk (less than a minute) from Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, and within walking distance of Asakusa Temple.

Top notch location, just few mins walking to asakusa, direct subway line to Shibuya, Ginza, Ueno, Akihabara, shinjuku. Lots of halal food around. They give out free juice on the afternoon, which i think is a really nice gesture. Bed is small but adequate for 2 people, no need to worry. Pajamas are very comfy. I read lots of comments about the bathroom, but thankfully there’s no smell, just the soundproofing is basically 0. I can hear my neighbor flushing their toilet. We can see tokyo skytree directly from our room. Layout wise - there’s so much wasted space, if you can remove the TV and desk, change it to headboard with space for luggage below, it will fix all your problems.
