Our Irish born Manager was most attentive and thoughtful Leaving our luggage after 10 am for two/ half hours ? No problem ! Tea ? No problem … served in fine colourful China tea pots each ! I had followed this boutique hotel since it’s 1990’s architect award winning renovations ! Like sleeping in an art gallery . Its convenient location in Flinders Lane and Value for Money - first rate ! Looking forward to the next renovations underway David and Zoe

Had an amazing trip to Melbourne which was made even better by this beautiful hotel. Located right behind the regent theatre it was so easy to get to and right in the middle of CBD, but you would never guess it with how quiet the rooms were! The two concierge we met were amazing, friendly & so accommodating. The room was beautiful, bed was so comfy, and shower was hot & strong! Loved the complimentary mini bar, my daughter especially liked the lollies!! Can’t wait to bring my hubby back here.
