El Carbon Grill House, a coffeeshop stall located at Ang Mo Kio and Yishun is different from other coffeeshop Western stalls as it has an authentic charcoal grill concept. El Carbon's signature Charbroiled Chicken Chop ($7.50) is a must-try. You'll get to savour a nice smokiness with the charred exterior while the inside of the chicken is juicy.
