Combining the fast-food philosophy with a takeaway concept, you won’t find the typical sushi belt when you come to Junshin Express. No dining tables and no chairs; instead, rows of colourful Sushi neatly packed will greet you.

You will find their menu ranging from Maki, Gunkan, hand-rolls Sushi, and even a unique one: sushi fruit and vegetable sushi! A few of the familiar favourites you could try, such as Sake Sushi, Kani Salad, or Maguro and Tamago.
You could also try their most popular Sushi, the Aburi Black Pepper Salmon Sushi, grilled salmon on top of sushi rice served with a hint of a kick from the black pepper. From a total of 29 sushi selections, you could also create your sushi platter for a sushi party at home.
Sushi and Dim sums are two kinds of food that are considered quick and straightforward finger food, so it makes sense that Junshin Express added some varieties of dim sum to their menu.
