Prancing around Woodleigh Mall seeking dinner of the day, discovered Soup Spoon Union restaurant that serves up a familiar but tasty nonetheless soup feast. The usual favourites such as clam chowder are still there, but they added new flavours as well. New flavours are available as tasters for free when ordering, but the portion is really cute haha. We had Clam chowder and Mushroom and Chicken SG soups. Both were good, the sides are well prepared as well. If you are looking for a healthier food choice when in Woodleigh, you can’t go too wrong with Soup Spoon. Special mention to the interior decor which is obviously pandering to the female crowd, but still pleasing to the eyes.

It’s been several years since I’ve rated at Soup Spoon. We were pleasantly surprised how the menu has improved and the taste is so much better. The soup was as expected hearty and flavorful. What was surprising was the salad and the burrito bowl. They burrito bowl reminded me of Chipotle in US, which is one of my favorite fast foods. The burrito bowl here is also good, refreshing and bit on the sour side with fresh salsa. I would definitely come here for that if I’m craving Chipotle. The the next surprise was the salad with the kimchi. Very nice. So looking forward to a healthier meal?, this is a good option!

We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at The Soup Spoon. The Cranberry Chicken Fusilli was a unique and delicious combination of flavors, perfectly complemented by the fresh crunch of Alfalfa.
