I have been a customer of Kreyv since 2019, but sad to say that the quality of their snacks have gone downhill. Received my order today and realised why there is an ongoing 20% discount on all snacks. They are likely leftover stocks that have gone stale. There were also oily layers of dust on top of the bottles. I am having qualms to eat the snacks myself, so definitely not suitable to gift to someone else at all (if you are thinking of buying them as gifts).
1) Almond Florentine: Bottle was not fully filled; once opened, there is a oily stench that tells you the item is not fresh at all. I bought 2 bottles ?
2) Crunchy choc chip cookies: All crushed. While I understand that their deliveries are outsourced, the other snacks in the same bag were not as mangled as this one. Probably already crushed before putting out for delivery.
The customer service (whatsapp) was non-existent too. They won’t bother. And like some of the reviewers here, this would be my last order from Kreyv.

I ordered on 23 Jan, delivery arranged on 24th Jan between 6pm to 10pm. I thought this is fast and i was very pleased to know that.
Now almost 10.40pm in the night, i do not even see the item deliver?? The seller even mix up my delivery schedule with others! Frankly speaking, i won't patronize again. Over Promise and under deliver,  and $10 delivery fee is not cheap either and seller did apologise, waste your customer's time to wait and now almost 11pm. Because of this, i also cannot go rest have to wait till item received then can rest.

Update: received at 11.03pm
Seller suddenly refunded me and voice out her frustration ?

Imagine you are at home waiting for your delivery the whole night, cannot go rest also then you are frustrated. You cannot voice out your frustration nor argue with the seller on the service provided.

Purchased the Almond London biscuits and delivery was timely but the taste of the biscuits themselves were awful. Something wrong with the batter used or the chocolate used; no longer tastes like the previous ones I had. If you were to run a baking business, please make sure of product consistencies especially when it comes to taste.

1. Opted for 6pm-10pm delivery slot on 18 April 2023 but items arrived later than 10pm

2. Ordered 9 items but I only received 6 items. The other 3 items were in another bag and delivery guy must have forgotten to deliver it to me.

3. Texted KREYV admin on WhatsApp about it --- no apology from admin for the late delivery + missing items

4. I suggested to admin for the remaining 3 items to be delivered to me the next day 19 April 2023 since it was already past 10pm and it was raining that night --- still no apology or thank you from admin to me for being accomodating/understanding

5. Admin informed next day delivery for the remaining 3 items would be between 2pm-6pm but the items arrived at nearly 8pm (late again)

6. Still no apology from KREYV for the late delivery (x2) plus missing items

Bila tak beli, cakap tak support business Melayu. Tapi bila dah beli... delivery lambat, items missing, after sales customer service is terrible. Won't buy kuih raya from KREYV anymore after this. SERIK!
