The atmosphere was good as we sat outside with big fans. Many tables available, even we went during 1st May holiday also not so crowded, guess the main reason is the parking as hard to find parking lot in this area, although the restaurant provide some parking lots next to the building. Overall experience was great and the price is also reasonable. ( My price indication included beers ,5 bottles)? Boss and staff were friendly!

Just had my 2025 cny reunion dinner at XLX. Interesting setup in the Aircon capsule that comes with a KTV system which is a great entertainment for kids! Ordered the set dinner at $988++ per table, foods were great as well, very flavourful?? my favourite was the steamed fish ? Didn't managed to take any pics of it coz it went into our stomachs immediately when the dish arrived on our table. Will be back again! Note - there are only 10+ available parking lots in Wing Fong Building which is almost impossible to grab during the peak hours. So u might want to park along the lorongs

It may be humid if you seated outside as there is no air-conditioning. Service was good initially before it gets crowded but after that the waitresses don't have the time to check on you. Some of the things you need to self service. Chef was friendly as he came out to greet and check on the guests. The dishes are very creative and tasty. Recommended for a try. The Orange Roughy fish is a must try dish. The portion is generous as well.

Standard for Zhi Char is very good , ingredients and seafood are fresh. Good Wok Hei, the Lala white bee Hoon is very good. I can’t get enough of those and I need to take away extra servings to comfort my stomach. Price wise is very affordable. Highly recommended and serving high quality food at affordable prices.

Excellent place for family dinner. They have newly installed some igloos that can house large families. Food is superb as always.
