Pleasantly surprised by the food here! The mala chicken burger is really nice and the price is cheap too

Spotted this newly opened shop and decided to give it a try. The Hunan chilli pidan burger was surprisingly good — the pidan was fragrant without being overpowering, and the chicken was nicely fried and juicy. I really liked their buns too — they have this unique QQ texture and aren’t too thick, so you actually get a good bite of everything in one mouthful. The ebi chicken burger, though, didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The ebi flavour was a bit too light and barely noticeable. Overall, definitely worth checking out, and I’ll be back to try their other flavours soon!

The burgers were really good and would definitely recommend the Shin Mala Chicken burger. The staff were super friendly and even when we came in right when they opened, they were really nice to us. To all school kids around the area and families looking for alternative fast-food burger options, go eat at shiok burger. Legit damn shiok.
