My wife and me went to try the new local store because we moved to this area recently. It was so good. I had the special dinner menu with three curries and a cheesenan. In the end the portion size was perfect for me, but I'm a big eater standing at 6.8 ft (2 meters). Will definitely come back.

Yamashina Shop is the place to be. From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of freshly ground spices sets the stage for a culinary journey like no other. The menu is a delightful mix of traditional classics and chef’s specials, each dish prepared with precision and passion. The butter chicken is a standout — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Their naan bread is always fresh, fluffy, and cooked to perfection, a must-have with every meal. For those who enjoy a bit of heat, they have that too. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable, making it perfect for a casual meal or a special celebration. The staff is incredibly attentive, ensuring you feel right at home with thoughtful recommendations and friendly service. What truly sets Indoryōri RAJU Yamashina Shop apart is its consistency in delivering high-quality food with authentic taste. Each visit feels like a celebration of India’s culinary heritage, leaving you with a full heart and a satisfied palate. Whether you are a long-time lover of Indian cuisine or a first-timer, Indoryōri RAJU Yamashina Shop is a must-visit destination. Highly recommended for foodies, families, and anyone looking to savor the true taste of India!

After 6 months in Japan I’ve missed authentic Indian cuisine readily accessible in Toronto. We had an amazing lunch hosted by friendly attentive staff. The depth of flavour in the curries was amazing, the spice level was just right, as most curry i. Japan is not that hot- I’ve missed the heat! The naan was warm and from the tandoor, and the mango lassi was just the right combination of sweet and sour. I would be delighted to return to try something new from this riverside restaurant.

This is a nice Indian restaurant with delicious South Asian food and drinks. I tried the Indian dinner set for only 1,400 yen. The place is well-decorated, but the lighting is somewhat dark. Service is good, and the prices are not too expensive. Food portion is enough for adults.
