Hands down one of our best dining experiences our family has had at the Gold Coast. The service was delightful with really friendly and attentive staff. The food came out really quickly and was packed full of flavour. If you can I would recommend trying to sit outside to make the most of the view onto surfers Paradise beach. If you can't, indoor seating is lovely as well. The place is family friendly with an extensive menu for everyone.

The food was great! ? We had a great dinner and ordered another round of the prawn fried rice. ?We thought we needed one more table to fit all the orders, but luckily, we didn’t. However, the table felt too crowded, and only a small space was left for our individual plates. Still, this is one of our go-to Thai food places on the Gold Coast! It has a great view as well.

I enjoyed a lovely long Friday lunch with friends at Nahm Talay Thai Restaurant. The restaurant offers a tranquil view over Surfers Paradise beach, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We ordered a mix of entrées and mains to share, and every dish I tried was a delight. The Lotus Root with Peanut Sauce was scrummy – the lotus root was crisp, and the peanut sauce added a creamy, nutty richness that tied it all together beautifully. I also liked the Chicken Pad Thai – after the novelty of the lotus root, I appreciated this classic dish. A glass of sparkling Nova Vita Firebird and many glasses of sparkling water kept me hydrated. The restaurant was not too crowded and we had ample space to chat leisurely, and enjoy the food and the view. I caught the light rail to Surfers Paradise Cavil Mall, and from there it was a 4 minute walk to the venue.

This is the best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life. Best Thai in surfers paradise, best Thai food in Australia!! The BBQ chicken on yellow curry was to die for. The chicken was tender and beautiful. We also had the Angus beef skewers which were AMAZING. We ordered nearly everything on the menu tbh ? totally worth it. No wonder people wait in line for this place! And the service was great. The meat was halal as well which was a massive bonus ?? can’t wait to come back

Dined at Nahm Talay first time 2 night ago and was very pleased with the quality of food they served up. We ordered their fried barramundi which was rightly fried and they catered to our request to put the gravy on the side. The gravy was just right not too heavy. The pork belly with kailan was really scrumptious and juicy. Green curry with veg & tofu was fresh and packed full of flavour. The pad Thai was really tasty and not greasy too. Ambience of the restaurant facing Surfers Paradise was perfect. We were also pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was. Highly recommend this modern yet authentic Thai restaurant who’s in the Surfers Paradise area. 4.9/5 rating!
