This is authentic Nepali cuisine cooked to perfection in the Indian style. The Garlic Cheese Naan, Samosas and various curries are delectable and reminiscent of a home cooked meal. This is a very quaint restaurant, and we went on a Monday when only two people were working (including the chef). Unfortunately, we had to wait an hour for our order due to the influx of take out orders in the queue. It is popular for a reason, though. If you enjoy a hole-in-the wall authentic dining experience, this cuisine delivers. Just make sure you have 90 minutes to kill.
Delicious Nepalese food and cozy atmosphere!! ?? (Americans: similarities to Indian cuisine) Came here for a second diner every night in Kyoto. Gracious owners. Drinks and a happy time here.
This was absolutely delicious! Owner is from Nepal and cooked everything himself. Also nice that it was open all day since we were traveling in and could only get there by 3
Caution, it's spicy! But so addicting, this food was incredible!! 10/10 recommend the garlic cheese naan. Service was great too, nothing bad to report.
Lovely small Nepali restaurant with very friendly and accommodating owner. We highly recommend trying the sadheko momos and sadheko soybeans - they were crunchy, full of spices and so delicious! The matar paneer and butter chicken were also good, although quite similar in taste.
