No. 34 & 36, Persiaran Zaaba, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Despite mixed reviews of this place, I gave it a chance when my colleagues and I had a small farewell luncheon here. Food at least what I had was the Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice.. Was great! They cook it on the spot upon arrival despite preordered. Crab was crispy and fried rice flavourful enough. Food portion is huge.. Looking at my colleague Lamb Fried Rice too. Limau Ais from the Value for money Lunch Set was also good, not being too sweet! Environment looks nice as we were seated at the private big table corner behind. Can get abit noisy during busy hours. Staff were quite attentive to our needs too.
The first time I tried Chinese Muslim restaurant with mostly seafood, fish, eggs, tofu and vegetables. My friends who can’t eat all kind of meats and only those foods. The tasty is good, not too original Chinese but quite good. I like fish and fish here are delicious. The tofu was a bit hard for me. Vegetables are excellent with the one who love on vegetables a lot. My trip to Malaysia, all foods were introduced by local and religious. Thus I have a chance to discover a lot and enjoy a lot.
It's not my first time here, so I can tell when the portion has become smaller. It's my favourite place for good comfort food. Taste wise, it's great, love their vege dishes. Cantonese kuey teow is delicious and this comes in a big portion. Son loves his butter chicken. Quite disappointed to see the chicken portion was so little today. Image might not do justice. Also, please provide fresh sea prawns, instead of the bred ones, if possible. I hope the next time we come again or order from Grab, the butter chicken portion is what it used to be.
