1 Chome-2-5 Oyodominami, Kita Ward, Osaka, 531-0075, Japan
We stopped here after a visit to Umeda Sky Building. Feels like a family owned restaurant. Only 2 people cooking and serving too so was a bit slow but wow, delicious food. Every single dish was tasty. The taco rice bowl was so good we ordered a second one. Highly recommended!!!
4.5/5 ⭐️ Very quite and cozy place with many small dishes with unique tastes! Price are reasonable and quality and ratio was perfect to be able to try many dishes Keep in mind, that it is a smaller place and you have to take off your shoes and sit on Tatami mats. We even got a free starter soup which was delicious. Also had vegetarian/vegan dishes! Definitely worth a visit if your around!
Very very good restaurant in the center of Osaka. When you look from outside, the first impression is very fancy but when you get in and take off your shoes then you feel the pure Japanese culture. The food is very delicious, we ordered nearly every sort of food with small portions to try and the result was outstanding. The only thing that didn’t make me happy was the service was a bit slow. I mean every meal came one by one with a 10-15 min waiting times in between. Apart from that this restaurant is a definitely must try.
Stumbled across this place by accident, and glad I did. Amazing experience, cheap food, quality dishes. Leave your shoes at the door. Might go back for dinner tonight!
A shining gem of a restaurant at the feet of the Umeda Sky Building. A tiny spot of great experimentation. Everything we tried was so tasty! The chef is really inventive while using some traditional flavors, and most of all a lot of vegetables. It’s definitely worth the detour!
