Kucina Italian Restaurant is one of the earliest halal eateries focused solely on artisanal Italian food that opened in Singapore (in fact, Kucina claims they are the first!).The owner and chef of Kucina, Chef Gero, is actually an Italian-Muslim revert with extensive experience in the industry, so you know the food is the real deal. Mami Cheese has filled up the gap we never thought we ever had and serves up some of thickest, cheesiest deep dish pizzas ever. They offer two choices of flavour for the pizzas: tomato garlic and creamy truffle mushroom. The pizzas are already loaded with generous amounts of mozzarella and parmesan cheese and drenched with their homemade bitza sauce.
