Ramen lovers, rejoice! Edo Shokudo, which offers ramen and other Japanese food favourites such as teppanyaki and okonomiyaki, is now halal-certified! Located at White Sands Mall in Pasir Ris, their dishes are affordable and so tasty, you’ll be slurping them in no time at all! ?

The signature dish you have to try is their Collagen Rich Chicken Broth Ramen. You can choose from the three soup bases they have to offer - original, spicy and the new exclusive Curry flavour! There’s also a variety of toppings to add to your ramen; from Chicken Cha Shu, Duck, Scallop and Beef Sukiyaki! From $9.90 onwards, you’ll be spoilt for choice! ?

If you want something heavier, their Teppanyaki Set would fill you up instantly. Each set meal comes with rice and miso soup, and they have plenty of meat options from you to choose from, such as Beef Steak, Beef Yakiniku, Salmon Teriyaki, Chicken Oroshi (Grated Radish), and Gong Bao Chicken! We’re already drooling as we write this down! The price ranges from $10.90 onwards which is such a steal considering the generous portion!

Halal okonomiyaki is quite rare in Singapore, and Edo Shokudo has made it happen! The pan-fried batter cake is cooked with tons of ingredients fitted into each layer Hiroshima-style! The Okonomi sauce, mayonnaise, nori and red ginger is added on top to complete the dish. You can customise the okonomiyaki to your liking by choosing either beef, chicken or seafood! From $12.90 onwards, this savoury pancake is a must-try! ?

Yakisoba is also another dish you cannot miss at Edo Shokudo! This stir-fry ramen noodles dish is classic Japanese street food, and it's filled with either beef, chicken or seafood toppings!
