If you love eating halal Japanese food in Singapore we have great news for you because Tokyo Shokudo has just been halal-certified! ? This Tampines eatery is famous for their tempura-filled tendon bowls, hearty ramen bowls, and even rice sets. East-siders, it looks like you've got somewhere new to try this weekend!

Located in Tampines Mall, prices are pretty affordable, with mains ranging between $10-$20. ? They're also on foodpanda, GrabFood, and Deliveroo so you can order their signature tendon and ramen right to your doorstep if you can't get a table. ? Do note that they currently don't allow reservations, only walk-ins.

Their must-try dishes include the Signature Tendon ($13.90) rice bowl which is topped with prawn, fish, egg, and vegetables for a super generous meal. Halal tendon is super hard to find in Singapore so we're super excited that they've received their halal certification!

Another dish worth a try is their selection of halal ramen! Choose from traditional classics like Chicken Chashu Ramen ($9.90) and Beef Shabu Ramen ($14.90) to flavours with a local twist. Think Tom Yam Ramen (from $10.90) or Spicy Ramen (from $9.90) which use special broths to bring out that rich and creamy flavour! ?
