I visited the Confucius Temple right after the Lama Temple, and I loved it! If you read a little bit about Confuscious and his role and impact in Chinese culture before you go, you'll find this place to be a really cool window into Confucius philosophy.

Big park. Use more than 2 hrs. to walk around the area. If you go after 6 pm. Do not pay fee .

Great place to visit, really impressive to see all the buildings, art and the temple is just great. Don't miss the gigantic 18m tall statue of buddha, just impressive.
