If you want to see more local and quite temple its just perfect place to go. You can see how it really looks like, entrance is free and there is almost no tourists there. Highly recommend to go there even for few minutes!

It's such a relaxing place to walk around, and the architecture is stunning – perfect for photos! Unlike some of the more famous temples, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a much more enjoyable experience. Being free to enter is a bonus (though I happily made a small donation). If you're looking for a beautiful and peaceful temple in Bangkok, this is the one!

Free admission. A very quiet place compared to the neighbouring temples teeming with tourists. There's a sign that mentions international meditation centre at one of the side entrances, but no indication within the complex. Nonetheless, it's a good place to practise meditation by yourself I guess. There's a big bodhi tree and a small museum. The museum has a small room filled with sutras engraved on bamboo or leaves Hardly any signage in English so use Google Lens or other tools to help if your really curious. It's quite a walk from Sanam Chai Station.

It was a beautiful experience, from the guards to the monks every one was very helpful and the teacher was amazing. An amazing experience altogether.
