That said, it may not be ideal for everyone. Some enclosures could have been a bit more natural-looking, and depending on your sensitivity to animals in captivity, it might leave you with mixed feelings. While the snakes appear well cared for, it’s always a bit tough seeing wild creatures behind glass.

A snake museum that I would like to recommend everyone to come and see. It provides in-depth knowledge about snakes. There are interesting displays that allow children to gain knowledge about snakes, but the ticket price is very cheap. The staff can provide advice in both Thai and English (I'm not sure if they can speak Chinese). The snake exhibit has many types of snakes to see. I recommend everyone to bring their children to see it.

This place exceeded our expectations at every level. It's well-maintained. Has details and interesting explanations available in Thai, English and Chinese. The stats are absolutely lovely. And, despite coming with no previous idea of what to expect, we had a fantastic time. Strongly recommend making the trip from Bangkok.

We had an English language tour with Minn. The snakes were cool, Minn was cooler. My partner and I were basically taken on a private tour of the serpentarium, Minn showed us all the snakes and gave us so much information about them, including which ones were her favourites. She communicated very clearly and concisely. The snake show was awesome. Was a really good day. Got to hold and pet snakes at the end! Getting a Grab late in the afternoon was a struggle, but that was the only hard part.

I recently visited Siam Serpentarium, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The place seems to primarily focus on aggressive marketing rather than providing an educational or entertaining experience. The main objective appears to be the promotion and sale of various medicinal products, with extravagant claims about their effectiveness.

The advertising is over the top, and the tactics used can be misleading, especially targeting elderly visitors who may be more susceptible to these claims. The staff were persistently pushing us to listen to the promotional talks, leaving little time to actually explore and enjoy the exhibits, especially the snake displays.

The snake performances felt more like street art with a primary goal of soliciting money from visitors. It was quite disheartening to see such blatant attempts to pressure guests for donations.

Furthermore, it seems that many tours from China and Vietnam are funneled into this venue with the main intent of selling these dubious medicinal products rather than providing a genuine cultural experience.

As a tourist, I would highly recommend avoiding Siam Serpentarium. There are many other more worthwhile attractions in the area that provide a more authentic and enriching experience.
