In my opinion, a must visit when in Seoul as gives a totally different perspective on Seoul. Amazing views of the city from up high. Several decent cafe/bars to try out.

Worth a visit here if you are a mural art lover. Mostly small paintings. Not a huge area but quite a long walk from the main road and a long flight of stairs to this place. Spend approximately an hour here.

This spot is definitely worth a visit! While the murals aren’t all that big and there’s not a ton to see, the walk up is really pleasant and offers a great view of the city and Namsan Tower. It’s a perfect little area if you’re looking for a scenic stroll. Our visit was made even better by the bonus of being greeted by a super cute and cuddly cat. Overall, it’s a nice, relaxing spot to enjoy the view and get a little fresh air, highly recommend it!

Lots of stairs! There are 32 listed murals. I liked them. It's free to visit and wander around the area. There is a map showing the murals. There are a few lookouts and such public places with a great view overlooking the city. Depending on whether you started from above or below, the City wall walk is on the higher side. This village has retained its old world charm with tiny buildings and some doorways that are around 5ft or less high. There is a public toilet at the City wall side. There are some coffee shops scattered through the village. Please walk respectfully and quietly through this area. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Not sure if it’s worth hiking up the hills, but if you want to then it’s a cozy little part of town.
