The only negative point in this museum's visit was that, since it's still on police premises and is managed by the police, it's forbidden to take photos inside the building except open galleries. Otherwise, WOW! What a great, interesting, colorful, extensive, informative and interactice historical exhibition in a real police station building and its territory! Also, I'd like to specifically mention warmthdand welcomeness of police officers there. Well worth a visit whilenin KL!
The Polis Diraja Malaysia Museum is a great place to visit, especially during school holidays. With free entry, it’s a affordable option for families. The museum showcases the rich history of the Malaysian police force, from its early establishment to the present day. It's both educational and engaging, featuring well-preserved artifacts, historical exhibits, and detailed information about the police's role in shaping the nation. Kids will enjoy exploring the interactive displays, while adults can appreciate the historical significance. #Schoolbreak #schoolholiday A must-visit for history enthusiasts and anyone curious about Malaysia's law enforcement journey.
A very fascinating museum to visit to learn about the history of the Malaysian police. Loads to look at and its free entry. Takes around 45 minutes to visit and displays are in English too. Definitely a good way to spend time inside.
Simple & quiet museum with almost no guests. Very nice staffs. Large collection of police equipments (armored cars & rail, boat, small aircraft), weapons from secret societies & other historical periods. Free admission. Recommended for 2 hours.
