Great facility in theory but the nappy bins are open so the whole place smells of poo. Such an easy fix if they get proper bins with lids.

This parent room is very ordinary. Considering the size of the shopping complex it is disappointing that this is the only parents room. The nappy bins are located in between the 3 change areas which smell awful. The few times I have used the space the floor is wet and the whole space smells, however I find most toilets in Melbourne Central are gross so it keeps with the feel of the place. I will say though the children’s play area is well equipped and engaging for children. I hope that centre management can start cleaning the place more and maybe open another parent room.

Unfortunately it seems this area had not been well maintained.... after seeing great reviewed and articles,  hubby took our daughter here during a stay in Melbourne and found it dirty,  needle size holes in the walls, tv's ripped off the walls.... we won't be returning.
