I had the pleasure of dining at ALETSCH SELF during my recent trip to the Alps, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and stunning mountain views set the perfect tone for our meal. The menu is a delightful mix of local and international dishes, all beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the Alpine cheese platter as a starter—it's a true celebration of local flavors! For the main course, the grilled fish was cooked to perfection, flaky and fresh, paired with seasonal vegetables that were simply divine. The service was impeccable; our server was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing an exceptional dining experience. To top it all off, the dessert menu is a must-try. The chocolate mousse is rich and creamy, a perfect end to a fantastic meal. Overall, ALETSCH SELF is a must-visit for anyone in the area.
