An absolutely stunning view and a trip worth every penny! There are also many souvenir shops, dining areas, and watch sellers at the location. The Ice Palace was also unique and worth the exploration. I really enjoyed reading the history of exploring Jungfraujoch and developing the present day railway system. Highly recommend taking the gondola to the train stop and seeing all the skiers below.

It’ll be the best stop for your Swiss trip. Must check weather + clouds forecast in advance. Sometimes it gets really foggy and not able to see the top of mountains. There is no reservation for trains, you need to choose right timing with clouds.

This is one of the best experiences. The train ride to the top was amazing and once you get to the top you get out and there are lots of places to roam around and look out the windows. The Sphinx Observatory was fantastic. It wasn’t as cold as you would think unless you were on the side with the wind. The Mountain Jackal birds are and you can feed them out of your hand. The 360 degrees views are fantastic and if you’re lucky there will not be any clouds. One of the best experiences ever!

Wonderful train ride up to one of the highest points in Europe, located at 3,571 meters above sea level. There is a chocolate shop, gift shops, a watch seller, and ice tunnels all located in the observatory which is still operated by the University of Bern today.

We went to a few glaciers, Mount Titlis, and Piz Gloria and so far this is the best. 12000+ ft above the sea level. It also costs the most. With Swiss pass, you will save 25%. There are plenty paid parking lots. Booked in advance to avoid the crowd. People can get from here different town but the closest is from Grindelwald terminal. Spend a full day since the moving time is about 90 mins from Grindelwald stations. It is super crowded and keep yourself hydrated. There was a visitor who passed out in the gift shop which we learned it is common due to dehydration and altitude sickness. You will need sunscreen, a jacket and a sunglasses to be comfortable ( it can get very cold due to the wind ) Plenty of activities and places to eat.
