14 Imp. Berthaud, 75003 Paris, France
A beautifully quiet and secluded garden in memory of Anne Frank. We stopped by to eat some baguettes we had purchased from a local bakery and soak in the atmosphere. There are plenty of benches to sit and relax and a table tennis table. We did also see a children's playground but it was fenced off, I presume as they were doing some maintenance work. The blossoms were out and its a great place to enjoy a quiet picnic lunch or chat with friends.
A beautiful and a bit hidden in the Le Marais area unless you explore it. Now it’s the peak time for the roses are blooming, so beautiful. But the public toilet tho, NEED a immediate help and rescue. Eww.
Lovely place that feels like a secret garden in Paris. It's very small but beautifully decorated and curated with flowers and bushes that are lovely to look at. Many benches inside to sit and relax, and a playground for kids as well. Beware of massive hoards of fruit flies flying around in the spring & summer months. Many drunk homeless people also present. Definitely a romantic place to hang out, but most likely, a ton of people always around. Not a place for privacy.
This hidden memorial garden near Notre-Dame features a chestnut tree descendant from Anne's Amsterdam hideout. The ivy-covered walls mute city noise, creating unexpected tranquility. Quotes from her diary appear along the pathways in French and Dutch.
Hidden quiet gem of a Park! Wonderful place to get away from the busy City for a few minutes.
