Higly recommended to visit. clam, clean, Korean traditional garden! You may also learn the history of this palace which was sad and hurted by Japan. Recommend to visit here around 18:30pm and you can see everything nice daylight and beautiful night.
A place you must stop by if you come to Korea. Look at the wonderful scenery and comfortable palace. There have lot of stories behind, hope you guys apply for a guide and listen to Korean stories (Before Japan invaded Korea, the palace was bigger and more beautiful )If it's summer, I come over 6 pm to see the sunset and night view, and if it's winter, I recommend 4 pm. Love to recommend visiting here, if you plan to trip to Seoul and want to see royal palace. The palace was where Royal family lived in Joseon Dynasty and you can see many people take walk along with beautiful fond.
Honghwamun Gate is the main entrance of the Changgyeonggung Palace. The ticket booth is right besides this entrance. The entry fee is only 1,000 won per pax. Closed at 8pm.
