This was an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience. I booked my massage in advance, looking forward to a relaxing oil massage, only to be told that I couldn’t use my own body oil. What kind of ridiculous policy is this? I have sensitive skin, and despite explaining this, they insisted I use their oil or baby oil. If I didn’t accept, my only option was to change to a deep tissue massage—no consideration for my needs at all!

I didn’t come all this way just to be forced into a massage I didn’t want. The lack of flexibility and customer care is unacceptable. Instead of accommodating my skin sensitivity, they made me feel like I had no choice. This is not how a professional massage center should operate!

On 13/5, my father (in his 60s) was injured during a massage session. The therapist ignored his complaints of pain & continued pressing the same area despite clear discomfort. I returned on 14/5 to lodge a formal complaint, the receptionist told me “My advise is people in their 60s shouldn’t be getting massages” . As a customer that been visit frequently in the past two years, I was shocked as this was such an incredibly insensitive & ignorant remark for a wellness center.

I was promised a callback within 48 hours, but even after multiple emails and messages (they don't pick up calls), I’ve received no response as of 19/5. This reflects a complete lack of accountability & professionalism.

Strongly urge others to think twice before signing up package here. If your loved ones are older, don’t risk their safety here

I have been a long time customer with Healthland. The service and massage have been very consistent, especially when you find a masseuse that is able to provide the right intensity and skill that fits your preference. The prices are great and there is no nonsense. I have tried and still trying many other massage outlets but still come back to  the Taman Desa outlet because of the service and consistency!

Do yourself a favor and ask for any promotion or you can get a package from them. You won't regret it.

Only was able to get a massage session once on the day I paid and signed up a package. Tried booking thereafter twice and it's always fully booked.

Clean, well kept and good service.

Very pleasant aroma as soon as you walk into the place. You’re greeted by a very friendly and welcoming receptionist who knows the products well. They are not pushy and won’t forcibly upsell.

Massage therapists are friendly and professional. Massage was 10/10 for firmness, thoroughness, and quality.

Massage beds are raised from the floor and the oils used for the massage are nice and warm. Choose from three different oils (I recommend the ginger oil).

Tipping is not expected here.

Highly recommend.
