Phenomenal experience! Atmosphere is chill and cool, crystal clear crocodile on top are the best view I ever see in any restaurant, Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. Highly recommend their signature Truffle soup base, and also pork bone soup both are tasty and nice.
Type: Hotpot Restaurant Signature: Spicy Mala Hotpot Located along Kuchai Lama.. The place claims to be Malaysia's Largest Hotpot restaurant.. Place is big and spacious. Has two floors with the upper level being the VIP rooms. I must highlight that the service here is very good. There's also a variety of sauces to choose from and we tried the Signature Mala (which is actually greenish in colour), the Tomato and Pork Bone Soup. Excellent taste for all 3 soup base. All their ingredients are also very fresh and I especially enjoyed the Fish slices (see Pix) which came with dry ice type of smoke. The TIger Prawns we had was also very fresh. However, the prices here are premium and do expect to fork out quite a bit. Generally enjoyed the food and atmosphere here. First of all, if you write a Google review, you get a free milk tea. Perhaps that is why there are so many reviews (800++), but I am writing mine only after my meal and I decline milk tea- hence this is as honest a review as can be. Decor is very Chinese, the wow factor would be a crystal display of a crocodile suspended from ceiling. Overall ambience is suited for families and celebrating special occasions. Service was friendly, the wait staff know their menu and are able to make good recommendations. Ingredients were fresh, well presented- we like the beef very much. Price point was a little high for the food selection but I suppose the attentive staff and decor made it more worthwhile. Soup base was delicious- we had the pork soup and also tomato. Good flavour, and minimal MSG. Would return to celebrate events/ occasion, maybe. I personally didn't have a problem with parking.
Very good, nice place good cleanliness! Love the private room with karaoke installed. Presentation of food was impressive. Fun time with the family and is a good option for those who are dining with older folks!
This place has become Oscar, hall banquet! No longer Croc Pot. * Very fast service n polite. Order via QR Code or order w staff / tablet. Huge ? chandelier. Sauces are at the side (self service). There r private rooms or open area. Aircond is kinda strong in some spots. Clean toilet n restaurant, spacious and comfortable. Meat slices are thin. Soup has less spicy or spicy option. There r non-spicy soup too. We ordered the lion blow mist to the pork ? gimmick and cute duck (eggs). Parking is at the back chargeable via credit/debit card or right in front of the restaurant (VIP/limited space). Touch n go is not accepted.
