It was pretty interesting. They've put a great deal of effort into the smallest details in each display. We really enjoyed the diorama models, found the tiny ginger cat ?❤️. I don't think little kids would get to much out of the show case's. But it's a nice interesting walk through for a more older/adult family. Plus you can play paint ball while you're there if you're old enough. The bathrooms are well kept including the ladies. They sell a variety of goods from war metals, guns, patches, key chains, model guns ect. I don't know if they were replica's or real. Entry to the museum is $10 per adult and $5 per child. honestly we spent probably 40-60 minutes in there and felt it was value appropriate. We weren't sure if we could go close to the tank as it was in the paintball area. But we noticed they do birthday partys and have a seating area for it.
Great little trove of war memorabilia with models & set in the surroundings of Skirmish. Great place for anyone who is interested in this with a vast array of different types of weapons and memorabilia from different wars. It’s definitely worth a visit.
Thoroughly enjoyable ; for a small museum they really have a vast collection of memorabilia as well as housing some historic aircraft, tanks and artillery, great value and well worth visiting.
Went here with a family who came to visit from the north. Pleasantly surprised by the history and items on display. The history on display covers a wide range of past wars and not only biased to some like some other war museums are. Might come back next for the paintball games once the kids are big enough. The museum does get a little toasty in the summer.
