Diwan-i-Khas is located inside Red Fort Complex and is poorly managed. . It is just left to one security guard who practically doesn't have any information, this is also true for other monuments in the complex.

The carving on marble is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Pietra dora work is stunning.
