Cape D'Aguilar Rd, Shek O, Hong Kong
Very nice place to take pictures infront of. This is a must visit attraction if you're visiting Cape D'Aguilar. The back story is also interesting. This whale was from Iceland and came to Hong Kong Ocean Park in 1979, but sadly died in 1997. From then, the skeleton and bones of the whale was moved to Cape D'Aguilar where it remains to date.
Stunning place! The sunset here is beautiful. The “beach” is quite interesting; instead of sand, it is filled with broken shells and various types of rocks and stones. The sea water also doesn’t have the typical fishiness that most sea water have.
The Bones of Miss Willy is at the end of Cape D'Aguilar. You'll have to go past the radio station. There's a dirt trail that you'll walk through to go around the radio station. After this you can go back to the sealed road which will take you to the research center. The Bones are not there anymore as they took it out after a typhoon hit and caused damage. This is a popular hiking area. There's a vending machine besides the research center if you need drinks.
