Supuramen is located at the basement of Our Tampines Hub, and has been dedicated to providing healthy and halal Japanese ramen ever since they opened earlier this year.

Their noodles are handmade daily, and their chicken broth and chilli sauce are both free from MSG and preservatives! Their chef even spent years in Japan learning how to cook the perfect bowl of ramen, so you can definitely expect an amazingly authentic taste ?

Each bowl of Original Supuramen! ($9.90) comes piled with generous toppings of seasonal vegetables, chicken, and marinated eggs. You can even add on condiments such as sweetcorn, fried shallots and bean sprouts at no additional cost ? For something more refreshing, there's nothing more perfect than a cold bowl of Supucool ($10.90) with chilled noodles, crepe egg, and crabstick to hit the spot! (Vegetarian options available upon request) ?

Fans of Japanese negi (spring onions) will also be excited to try their Supunegi (Left) which is the Original topped with heaps of crunchy, flavourful negi goodness ? And we can't forget the Supuspicy (Right) which is - you guessed it - the spicy version of the Original, guaranteed to get your taste buds fired up!

For those seeking lighter options, they have the Supulite (a smaller portion of the Original, $6.90), Supuslim (a no-carbs version), and even the Supugreen (vegetarian broth with homemade noodles and seasonal greens - pictured above) ? Talk about variety! Now you can satisfy that random ramen craving without having to finish a huge bowl.

Did we mention that Supuramen has a sister stall (in the same premise) called Kushimama Tokyo Yakitori? Take your pick from various chicken yakitori, gyoza, chicken wings and more (from $1.20). They'll definitely complement your ramen perfectly!

We're definitely heading over to Tampines as soon as possible to check Supuramen out ? Are you making weekend plans yet? Remember to SHARE this news with everyone you know who loves ramen!
