I purchased some sandals at this store in mid-January. I put them on and exited the store, after about 20 mins I went to remove them and the buckle fell off.

I returned to the store less than 3 hours later to request a refund and the sales assistants refused to refund, they said the manager had just left and was unavailable to authorise the refund. The manager (Mitchell) had apparently just left due to a personal emergency and was unable to speak to me, but was able to speak to the store associates the entire time.

I was offered an exchange but they did not have my size and still refused to process a refund. I was also offered an exchange for the same product from a different store but I was on my way to the airport to catch an international flight and the sales associates could not assure me of how much time it would take.

When I finally did get to speak to the manager he was very rude and said he had to speak to the factory to determine whether it was a manufacturing issue or “customer’s fault”. I explained I did not live in Australia and was on my way to catch a flight but he was persistent.

I was appalled at this level of customer service, it seemed like a straightforward issue to me given that I had purchased the product and tried to return it no more than three hours later. I felt bad for the sales associates as they were unable to resolve the issue, and were clearly in a very awkward situation because the manager was not available.

I purchased this boots 4 days ago, and wore it today for the first time. And then this happened. I tried to call and contact with the store , but the customer service said they re busy and never pick the call. SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It wasn't even that cheap shoes, UGG definitely have to make it better quality.

I’ve been communicating via email for a month now after being told that contacting your company would lead to assistance. Despite this, no resolution has been offered. As a traveler who has already left Australia, I am disappointed to find that there is no intention to repair, exchange, refund, or provide a credit for the new boots that arrived with no heels. The only suggestion I receive is to revisit the store, which is not feasible unless you are providing a round-trip flight to Sydney. Please improve your customer service, as I am extremely frustrated with UGG.

Worst experience in my entire life living in Australia.Very Rude customer service.How could this Filipino lady (i understand their language) working in this store talk to me (in front if my child) w/ a very arrogant tone " hey can't u see the sign there"" and im like oh sorry,why would i focus on ur signage if i just want to buy shoes etc..

I bought from Ugg Australia Classic online in November. I received my item, however it unfortunately was slightly too small. I processed a return online and was told if I shipped the boots back I would be able to exchange them for a larger size. I paid for the return, but was frustrated to learn days later despite a confirmation email that my exchange had never been shipped. Upon reaching out to the Consumer team again I was told an error was made and they did have stock to exchange. This is when all communications from the company have ceased. Despite what is probably now 10+ different attempts to contact the team over the past 10 days, by email, their return portal and phone I have not had any communication to either remedy the problem by providing the product or a refund. Now I am out over $160 prior to Christmas. I would very much like a response to resolve this issue.
