I love how the staff is so patient while I’m going around in the store. They even help me and explain the items and they didn’t being salty when I was there for a whole more than 30 minutes to choose what I want and shake the boxes ? especially All the rare items in there is available such as Cry baby sunset, Pucky forest and Twinkle except for Labubu ofc it’s really rare for that and I understand. I love Pop mart grand canal? definitely will be back to the store when I’m going to Macau again?

Pop Mart in The Venetian Macau is a treasure trove of rare and hard-to-find items, perfect for collectors. The staff are friendly and primarily Chinese-speaking, but they manage to communicate in basic English, making interactions manageable. I encountered an issue with payment, as their POS system did not and will not accept Alipay through Gcash, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the unique selection of products makes it a worthwhile stop for any toy enthusiast.

My family received outstanding customer service from this location. There was a wide variety of hot ticket items in stock (Labubu Have a Seat, Coca Cola Labubu & Cry Baby). The team showed the upmost professionalism when they had to deal with an obnoxious entitled male patron earlier in the day. Definitely check this store out if you’re in the area.

Went there to buy labubu but unfortunately couldn't find it?! But got some other stuff to be along with labubu i got from phuket
